You are correct, it's being capped, no/insignificant price change and some real volume being traded daily.

That makes me highly suspicious that accumulation is taking place, and not by retail. Enough volume to keep chipping away daily, but not enough to draw wider attention to it.

The catalysts will be the next steps, if/when ticked off.... mining licence, knocking the proceedings on the head(recent inquiry will go some way to resolving it), conclusion of inquiry, DFS(to go to banks for finance), and business investment decision.

It will be off to the races then, however, what scares me is whether there may be a hostile take over being brewed right now, and whether we will all wake up one morning with a "nasty surprise".

I'm not overly concerned at the silver price, control of it's manipulation is being lost as we speak.
