    The announcement today stated Customers had $26.05M debt before the $4.2M from the options sale is applied. Add the $5M from the sale of SPS to come. Leaves $16.82M debt.
    With the free cash flow arising from DC the debt will be paid
    in the near term. Begs the question...what will management do with all the cash ?
