Oakclif. If they were to pay a dividend which I expect they will after all debt is paid off the share price would find a value on the following assumptions. Say the EPS is 50 cents and on a PE of 9 then the SP would be $4.50. When the figures are released for 6 months 1/7/09 to 30/12/09 this will be the moment of truth - first full six months of DC.
Speculation is what the figures may be could lead to the SP overshooting and may actually fall back when they released.
I'm expecting EPS of between 30 cents and 50 cents..so a
SP of $2.70 to $4.50. What % they will pay out in dividends
is unknown ...I'm hoping 75% but may be 50%
