Meanwhile, we've seen Bill Shorten come out with a policy of providing millions in funding for disability support 'outside NIDIS' so all those concerned about Gov interference in NIDIS can relax. Also, we see retail spending down so another rate hike unlikely. All good for slow recovery of APM.
