    hmm so Hava .. i must be missing something here.. TPI wants to raise $500M to $800M to pay down bank debt .. they're looking for a "cornerstone" investor .. they've opened a data room.. but everything is still rosy cause cleanaway can service all the debt at the moment...has that smell of ABS & CDR about it..
