I suspect we are going to see some consolidation in this space. Question is, who is cashed up to take advantage of current valuations?
The pain in this sector will be felt all the way through to the banks, it's in no-ones interest to see these properties sell are fire-sale prices.
Question is, how do we profit from this? Not much positive press which is a good sign, a bottom? I'm staying out for now as the question of debt covenants will be raised in the next reporting season.
