I don't have any experience in property markets. I've been searching for a property for a while. Recently, I found one that is similar to the property you described in your post #17611, i.e., terrible bathroom, kitchen, etc.
Would you let me know how you negotiate to buy a property lower than a fair value or asking price? I have no idea how to value a property. Just compare to some properties recently sold in that area? When you renovate a property, do you employ someone to do it? Ant tips will be appreciated.
