I do a bit of work down that way and seems to be a few people looking to get into something at around that price range. How did you pick it up so cheap? Amazing how many FHBs aren't willing to do the hard work themselves around the house to improve it and would rather buy it ready to go and pay for the reno's 2 or 3 fold over the life of the loan through hard work in their chosen career.
