This one is priced at $338k.......
although i think u can get it for more like 310-315 with a little magic.
80k under the lower end of the market there would be a good buy I would think.
Im waiting on the agent to get back to me.....I will find out some more about the property and come back to you......by then Ill probably have the price down to the 315k mark also.
Also im guessing noone lives there now.....so it could be a buy...move in before settlement....quick refurb here and there and shes worth 360k or so.
Not sure what u think of this area but its around the suburbs you presented and is def at the cheaper end for the suburb.
Anyway let me know and I will come back once I have crunched the agent.
