Mark thanks for the insight - much appreciated. I bought a small $8k parcel this morning and if it drops (won't hold my breath) I will pick up some more. I like the fact that they have purchased the land and not leasing which is another asset in it's own right. ( a la REH ). You have given me the assurance I was seeking.
