The debt has always been my biggest issue with DDR, as other holders will know - I have banged on about it enough!
I would prefer the dividends were reduced and debt paid down, but there is no sign of that being part of DDR's capital management plans. So I am resigned to picking up the 10% divvies and watching the share price grow steadily!
Like 6186mark DDR is a substantial holding for me, despite my concerns about the debt!
