CER has completed a number of developments in the last 6 months. Three in March for example and surely such matters would have used up some cash.
They aslo generate cash once completed too but in the interim this may put your figures out somewhat.
However agree the market is likely to be surprised by amout of debt paid off AND the interest cover ratios now in play.
