    Agree Octain, I have also swapped most of my holdings from CNP to CER. Centro will survive for sure, but dilution is the problem. With CER and CNP almost trading at the same price, CER is a much better bet. Last FY they had 13cents distributable income. Losses are mainly due to revaluation and impairment of super LLC. May be we will see CER non dependent on Centro after full restructure. Upside is unlimited with only 60% gearing and 1.27 NTA. The dividend itself will be enough to cover your buy price.

    Luckily I was able to swap CNP to CER with only paying 0.5 cents. I am happy with my decision and feel more secure.

    Remeber even if Centro fails CER will survive.
