    Any thoughts out there on how much will be converted to equity and whether the announcement about the restructure plan will be viewed as positive by the market considering a large dilution has already been priced in?

    Also any speculation out there regarding the opening price? I will take my punt and say it will open at 42 cents on good news and move towards 50 cents before a retrace IMO.
