BNB is quite simply dead and buried. Those of you who think otherwise are deluding yourselves to an early grave. The reason banks do D4E swaps is so they can take quasi control of the entire company without incurring the costs of taking on the assets themselves. There is no concern for existing shareholders! Why would there be??What a joke. An aggressive banking institution would quite simply exercise its right over the secured asset, strip it from the company and manage it itself. As you would appreciate there are very few banking institutions in the world left with the appetite for that. So, they will simply let, in this case, B&B's existing management do it for them and at the right time sell the company or the asset. But before you guys go jumping up and down about getting your money back, your dilution will be such that any benefits you may receive will be minor. I would be surprised if the banks left anything.
This company is destroyed. Time to pick at the bones. Long live capitalism.
