The "simple" answer is yes, at a higher gold price what is economically recoverable as a cutoff likely increases, so yes technically you could mine alot more lower grade stuff not in the original feasibility - again we aren't privvy to this information and the geos / mining engineers will work all that out.
Some sites may prefer to put through low grade while the times are good so that they can make a margin off it, whereas others prefer running all their good stuff through. Others go for a combination. I guess it really depends on what you're after? FOr me if your financially strong now i'd mine those that make the mining sequence/scheduling much more economically beneficial - and process anything low grade while prices are up, so that if the inevitable pull back occurs you're still making a profit and cashflow isn't an issue at that point in time.
That's purely a management question. But of course a higher gold price makes mining decisions on certain border line grades alot easier. That and processing stockpiles also - alot more room for them to play around with.
