Personally think we got a bargain having this managment , others would still be naval gazing wondering what to do after the recent fire, Bill et al just put the pedal to the metal got up there pronto with all that could be seen being arses and elbows repairing extensive damage in a couple of days and powered the mill back up.
THey handled it all extremelly well under pressure.
