Good to see the debt facility has finally been announced, even though it is 3 weeks late, Looks like the Japanese bank hasn't been used, no mention of them at all in the announcement. As others have said the terms have been agreed and the facility isn't signed, so its not 100%, but pretty close to it. As for details of the deal, I don't see akk management divulging much detail of the deal, as others have said, with gemcorp being a hedge fund, no doubt the interest rate is high and conditions would be complex.
