    Looks like your right kangarumees. Explains the selloff the other week to 1.6 cents. Looks like the Japanese deal fell through then and gemcorp came to the rescue the last week or so. Next time the company needs a debt facility, just do what they have done and go direct to lenders and hedge funds. The investment banks just waste valuable company time
