Mizuho Securities (notice that Mizuho Securities is the US investment banking arm of Mizuho Bank, who is an adviser, not a lender) is the adviser to AKK. I've quoted the announcement before and I will quote it again. The announcement says:

"Mizuho Securities will act as an introducing broker to assemble a consortium of investors"

Please stop saying that there was a debt deal with a Japanese that fell through
