This debt facility is subject to approval by the GEMCORP committee.
So AKK are not yet "approved"
I would expect a nice rise on the back of approval ie certainty. .
The question is do they have enough time to get the loan funds before running out of cash?
Will this tight time frame become evident in a due diligence?
Nothing a quick stop-gap capital raise wont fix right?
