We're hitting 52 week highs, prior to any concrete acquisition announcement, and you think the market is having concerns? Any run up on no news is going to have a pull back.
31 days to complete the acquisition in time stated... bit early to be talking about delays. I'd be wary of whether you actually hold. Certainly smells of someone who missed the SP under 25 and is trying to get their fill before the next leg up. DYOR
