also indicated that it will support Territory in obtaining commercial funding and has offered funding
should the terms offered by prospective financiers not be commercially acceptable to Territory."

Clear indication that Noble are here to support TTY. There is an argument to say that Richard Elman has too much invested to let it slip now, but he didn't become a rich man by throwing good money after bad, there is obviously some merit to TTY for him.

A couple of key points for TTY going forward

1.TTY has a life of mine agreement with Noble so all the IO pulled out of the ground will be sold. This is great insurance against a slowing China economy (however brief it may be)
2. They will get some monies back from MON, who knows how much but certainly by 1Q next year the deal will have been done. This will be a bonus as it has been written off.
3. TTY although has a small resource base is making money NOW and as has been posted previously will earn good money in the next few q's
4. The directors now have a great spread of experience. Fiona Harris in particular is extremely well regarded and in normal market times would have made the sp move northwards.

Now it's a matter of no other distrations, just make money and find more IO.
