I really hope that what you've heard isn't correct because if it is, it reeks of desperation - rushing out something the day the AGM voting closes?
It also once again would be proof of how leaky the current MGMT/Board is.
However, if also as you say, it isn't a good deal for Lindian, then the implications are far worse, given the Chairman's obvious desperation to maintain personal control (for his own benefit?).
There are lots of stories in the last few days about him apparently phoning shareholders literally begging them to change their votes.
If that's true it means he's seen the voting and is in trouble?
IMO the silver lining is if shareholders maintain the faith, we might soon have a new Chairman and BOD acting in our best interests?
