Where is that information coming from? Not trying to be smart just curious. $25M of debt funding would be a good start and if the terms aren't too terrible would do a lot to bring some confidence back for investors. You are right, the devil is always in the details, but I'm willing to wait for the details before I judge and hope they can surprise us in a positive way.
