I think they issued $50m (completed in March possibly at 6.75%) through FIIG, and another $70m in Aug 2013 at 7.65%. So the use of the Singapore connection is allowing lower cost debt funding. Providing they keep the funding a mix of debt and equity, and both cash flow and profits rise pari passu... then the growth is likely to continue in a sustainable fashion. This is a good indicator that low cost funding is available.
