re: rba blamed 4 aussie housing bubble Lord elpus...renters...lol..spot on..Clarkkent...yeah also good points.For those down on property in the main property market (Sydney),yes there does appear to be a split appearing between the outer burbs (mum n dad two cars)market and the inner ring (double income no kids)..but we should not forget that Australias' net migration rate is 130,000 per annum ..and where will these people choose to live?......SYDNEY!
