Yeah i agree. Think they are getting that wrong again, maybe with the knowledge it can't be done but just piling pressure on management to keep it front of mind for whenever it can be done. They're definitely selling it to their clients on that basis...rightly or wrongly. Maybe they just didn't do their homework (nor did i or know about the restriction either) and looking a bit silly for forecasting it 12 months ago.
