what about assets? tot up the value of all their developed mines and exploration projects - you can use recent liquidation discussions as a basis. Come back with that figure in your preferred 'per share' form and then we can talk. Debt per share is completely meaningless if you don't look at assets.
hint: the 75% LHM stake is conservatively worth 700MM even in this period of depressed U prices - start from there.
