If they don't get the asset sale over the line they will be forced to re-finance or convert the debt to shares by April 2017
What do we expect the U price to do by April 2017?
At worst the debt will be covered by issuing new shares to cover remaining bonds. The share price already factors in conversion. Any better deal than conversion - asset sale or refinance debt - will see the share price head to the high 20's at a fairly rapid pace - as fast as the shorters clicks on the buy buttons will allow.
