It may be time to start re-looking at AYA. The last quarterly referred to a new acquisition in the tech space and this mining shell is very tightly held and only a 18-24months ago was verging on $100m market cap.
The most interesting thing is, a few days ago an Appendix 3b was lodged indicating the convertible noteholders are swapping notes (exercisable at 20c) for stock, which is trading at 10-13c. This implies noteholders see significant upside in the company, and at the same time the balance sheet freeing up from debt.
If the company proceeds with the tech acquisition it could really rocket along.
