I just got this reply from pna re yesterdays drop in sp,

"Probably the copperco announcement. The market appears to have concerns over PanAust's ability to refinance its US$80m subordinated debt facility with GSJBWere. On this matter we have a timetable for refinancing (roll/replace) this facility and have commenced discussions with a number of banks that would like to assist (including GSJBWere and one which is in the bank syndicate for the project facility). Although we plan to conclude the refinancing sooner, the facility does not have to be refinanced until late Feb at the soonest and July at the latest."

There is no panic IMO.
