    We also need to work out which banks are owed what portion of teh 2.8 billion and if the sale of the said assets goes to reducing this portion of debts or some of their other debts.

    I wouldn't just take for granted that they are selling the properties that are encumbered byt this 2.8 bill debt...although that would be the obvious way to go about it.
