There have been a number of claims that the company can reorganize their debt to solve the funding situation. This will not work, the company needs cash, not extensions on existing debt facilities. The only way it is going to get more cash is by raising more debt and does anyone honestly think the existing debt holders are going to give more money to this company? No, all they need to do is wait for the company to go bust and then they can sell off the assets at a higher value than the current share price is implying to cover the obligations.
