    CCD have a debt repasyment of ~A$28m due 31 October. They should make an announcement on this today. Limited options, Polo have them by the proverbials. Given Polo's indicative bid was rejected you would think Polo would be reluctant to roll the debt over, they have probably been trying to cut a deal to convert it to equity. You would think that any new equity would be at a substantial discount to where the share price is at today.
