This can only be good news, because if successful it will raise the credit profile of FMG even further. There is no downside to this, and could be considerable upside.
The terms sought are lower interest rate, and extended term. Based on FMG's increasing balance sheet strength.
I like it.
On another front, records are being broken in the US markets, and of particular interest is a new high in the very-much-watched Dow Transport index. A lot of old hands regard the Transport index as their canary in the coal mine.
