My opinion
Pay down the debt with the highest rate of int 1st
By renegotiating the rate on longer term debt and pushing out the payment dates, will save money.
Then market conditions are ongoing favourably,
increased export amounts
increased prices
fav exchange rates
we can then pare down much more debt, pay more in div's and keep a bit for the opps that present themselves
so i am happy even tho i'm still under my buy in price
in bottom draw
