What is their existing level of debt ? I think it is approx 8M from initial observation .
the possible sales of TI have been outlined in the recent asx announcements although how much they are proposed to be sold for is really not definitive at this stage , several posters have projected 3M+ but without a detailed financial assesment between both parties this is pure speculation . so now in addition to the 8M approx debt their appears to be a 939K variance that was not factored in by management so this would take the existing debt level up to approx 9M . I think there was a conditional arrangement between the bank and AWS to payback 4.5M before Sep 007 so who knows if they will be able to achieve this , if they are able to secure a sale on HI this will at least minimize their debt lvs and keep the bank happy
