    All,

Why the rush to reduce exposure to CNP/CER debt given how they are trading and meeting all payments?

Can a lawyer point out just where any legal action payouts rank ( ie behind or ahead of bank debt ) that may arise from the class actions?

Would like to point out that I think auditor more likely to cop it than CNP/CER and even if CNP/CER cop it they have insurance against such things but this may be limited and or wriggled out of....

    Blastoff
Perhaps its not actually about CNP/CER performance at all but about international fears of a contagion to which the best defence is a smaller loan book to 'distressed' customers.
