Forgot to add the Bank Bridge Loan shown towards the bottom of page 44. Debt is $664m at a rate of 4.45%

It should be noted that the bank bridge loan and other US debt totalling $1.1b as at 30 June 2008 is variable.

Interest rates have come down further in the US but I have not factored any decreases in US interest rates in my calcs.

They may be paying the banks less than the rate shown in the supplemental.

We'll soon find out in a few weeks what rate they are paying now.
