I think the financial report gives the best idea of the bottom line.
However it seems to go out of it's way to hide the detail, so it seems impossible to reliably answer your questions.
My sceptical mind argues that they would have told you if CNNC will be taking 25% of the debt!
If I was running PDN, I wouldn't be paying down any debt until I saw the uranium price at a point where PDN is cash flow positive.
