It was an asset sale.
Nobody wants to buy debt.
PDN represents a cash flow negative operation which is laden with debt.
The asset sale will help alleviate some of this pressure, with the U cost still well below the PDN's break even production costs, the investment proposition is bleak.
Time to short.
