Merchant looks like hes going to be dumped which is quite deserving I think we all know TPG would not have paid the 3.3 they offered before but regardless it would have been a smoother transition and the price never would have reached these levels. If he wants to buy the whole company, he can do what he wants. But while it's public and retail are investors are losing their hard earned cash due to poor judgements he needs to be ousted.
