not sure about ur comment re directors' interest.
Peter Hurley and Stephen Day combined purchased AUD9mln worth of shares at 1.92$ at the Scarborough acquisition placement issue.
Peter certainly wants to keep his job (though more imperative now), but equally wants the sp to go up. Without the former, the latter probably won't happen.
