nathanblack, good analysis. While we can assume that trust NTA will grow over time but at a very alos rate due to huge no. of shares. For example 10% appreciation in property value will only give you,
1430*.1/4000=.03575 cents increase in NTA. I also think it will trade in 8cents range if we are lucky. I don't think I will participate in cap raising.
