The one shouldn't impact the other (but you never know). As long as they have the cash flows to support the debt (hmmm.....) I personally would not worry any more or less based on the changing market cap. However the low market cap does limit the $$$ that SGH could raise to pay down the debt should sh*t hit the fan. In that regard it could be a worry.
