Maybe I should have copied this announcement to you previously.
ONE They don't expect to fully draw down the loan
TWO They expect to start production "in the third quarter" ie. June/July/August. The drill rig is expected to arrive "mid to late July"
Then they have to drill two shallow production wells before production. Realistically I suppose production will start in August.
