Of course I worry about debt. That is the reason why I do not have any. I am cash positive and feeling fine. If someone takes out a loan to buy a house. The aim i believe is to pay that of as quick as possible. Not to accumulate more and more debt until the ship you sail on goes under. Like i said, if they have payed of 500 million last quarter. Then why have they not payed the rest of that debt of with the billions of profit they claim to have made. Something does not sit well with me. The reason why I am bearish FMG rather than bullish. There are just to many smoke and mirrors that we are not being told about. People need to use their noggins once in a while, questions things more and not just take everything they here at face value.
