I agree that the assets look good. Very undervalued at the moment in my humble opinion.
The only question is how soon any moves will be made to obtain capital and what the SP will do until that move is made. I feel that if the SP stays depressed, an opportunistic predator may make a takeover bid.
Time will tell.
