This has not seemed to bother investors in recent times.
Look at the price (chart) of oil. It looks remarkably like WPL's chart. Pretty simple really, if oil price moves up then WPL will move up with it.
In saying that it also depends on the general sentiment of the market. WPL seems to be targerted severley when the market tanks. It on the other hand struggles if the market is on a roll.. unless OIL rallies. imo
